This is absolutely the corrrect location. I doubled and then tripled checked. As of this week I’m still being told that I owe $750 but I can’t be told why. I’ll never return to this place. There’s no need to be so hateful!!! I was recently very sick and needed to be seen but when I got there I was told I owed over $700 and couldn’t be seen until it was paid. When I asked what the bill was for they couldn’t tell me. I’m on Soonercare. Have been for years. I have only been to this office once before and it was for a covid test. I had just about forgotten all about this but today a friend received a bill for $300. They’ve only been there once and it was also for a covid test. They are also well insured. There’s something fishy going on there. I don’t think they can be trusted. If their billing is this bad there’s no telling how bad the rest of the place might be. Use caution!!!

My son has been a patient at Healthcare Stat since he was a few months old. He has been seen by the previous providers, including Shawn, and is now settled in with the two current providers Kim and Carly. All members of the staff have always taken good care of my child, and all of my family; especially Melissa. She is the glue and comforting “mama” of this clinic! They are always as prompt as possible and honest about expectations, whether it be wait times, lab turn around time or care plans and procedures! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for urgent care needs or a reliable and trustworthy PCP.

Been here since 9:25 am it’s now 12:00 there has been at least 15 people come and go since I’ve signed it that has already been seen? Smh 3 hours is definitely unexceptionable especially since people that signed in hour or more past us has been seen already

So, I needed to be seen quickly and I went to the Urgent Care on Grand. The customer service was horrible and their attention to my needs were non-existent. Needless to say, I walked out. I drove right across the street and went into HealthCare Stat. It was completely different. I walked in, filled out my paperwork as a first time patient and then I was seen. Fairly quick process and I felt like my challenges were of value. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.

During a pandemic please spend the time to update your hours online! Your online information says you are open at 1pm on Sundays. Myself, along with 11 other cars stood out in the sun to get our kids checked for COVID when unbeknown to us you have been closed for 2 months on Sundays. This place needs to figure it out!
