My son has been a patient at Healthcare Stat since he was a few months old. He has been seen by the previous providers, including Shawn, and is now settled in with the two current providers Kim and Carly. All members of the staff have always taken good care of my child, and all of my family; especially Melissa. She is the glue and comforting “mama” of this clinic! They are always as prompt as possible and honest about expectations, whether it be wait times, lab turn around time or care plans and procedures! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for urgent care needs or a reliable and trustworthy PCP.

So, I needed to be seen quickly and I went to the Urgent Care on Grand. The customer service was horrible and their attention to my needs were non-existent. Needless to say, I walked out. I drove right across the street and went into HealthCare Stat. It was completely different. I walked in, filled out my paperwork as a first time patient and then I was seen. Fairly quick process and I felt like my challenges were of value. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.
