Quality care for your little one.
Wonderful organization. They provide group and individual therapy for special needs children. The staff and therapists are so good with the children and they offer wonderful programs. Highly recommend!
Very good I love it
Great staff and wonderful speech pathologists!!!
Es un lugar de terapea y escuela para niños es lindo y acojedor para los niños
Terrific place for early childhood services. Speech and occupational services. Friendly staff. Great programs for young kids.
They are very attentive, Kelsey is very polite and has communicated well with me since day 1. Very clean and are taki g the necessary precautions.
Five starts is not enough, I would give it 10 stars! My son has Cerebral Palsy and Autistic Characteristics, and his speech therapist, Kylie, is amazing with him. He really loves her and she's such a patient, sweet person. He was going to a different place before and I didn't like the way he was getting his therapy so I decided to find another place. I checked this place out and all the 5 star comments are on point! They're all amazing people with a big heart to help children. The receptionist (don't know her name but with the short, black hair) is also just as sweet! I told her my son needed a later therapy time and she said she would keep a look out.. she called me the next day with a solution.. these people go above and beyond, I can't stop saying nice things about them. I would highly recommend this place to anyoneAs for the $40 fee, it's understandable. It's aBusiness people. They give you the first2 call-outs free but would have to pay a $40 fee if you don't call within 24 hours to cancel. I don't mind because EVERY business has rules and those 24 hours allows them to find another kid to fill that slot. I find it petty when people complain about this. I would rather pay the $40 anytime to make sure my son is getting the help and attention he needs. It's VERY difficult to find good therapists out there. Just saying
Worst place ever! They are all about the numbers here. They want you to come in no matter what and get everyone else sick so they can get paid. It's horrible how much they don't care about the kids. I was extremely sick and called them the day before my appointment to let them know but they said I have to come in that week or I will be charged $40. If I don't feel better by the end of the week I still have to come in and make everyone else sick too. What kind of place is that? When I called to let them know I no longer want to bring my son there because there strict rules. They could care less. Like I said just a number to them. I would find another place that understands kids are unpredictable, and at times you might not know your child will be sick 24 hours before your appointment.
I love ICEC my son goes every Monday for group therapy and every therapist that works there has just been a joy to work with. They are so nice, they really put the kids first and they are passionate about helping our little ones grow. I think everyone should send their kids here to get help. If there was a 6th star I would give it to them because they really are the best. Not only do they help your children grow but they have an amazing support system in place for the parents. To help us understand what is going on with our children to support us during difficult transitions or difficult times during our children’s progress. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
This place has been the BEST thing that has ever happened to my two year old, my husband and I. We have only been attending for about two months and in those two month my son has grown SO much!!! He has some developmental delays, he is behind in speech and isn't very social. So he is in group therapy. He used to bite his nails constantly from the anxiety he had of being around other kids and strange adults. He cried when we pulled up to the building because he didn't want to stay for the first few weeks. Now he is so excited to go. He loves his therapists, he's talking more and doing things I have never seen him do. He has friends which to me was my biggest thing because he does tend to keep to himself at times, but now he plays with others(sometimes) and it makes me cry happy tears. I cannot thank his therapists enough for being so amazing, kind and loving. And the nail biting has stopped!! He is a different kid than he was when we first started and I'm so thankful for this amazing center! And I'm going to be so sad to leave when he turns 3.
For over thirty years ICEC has been treating Special Needs with Special Care! It is an outstanding organization.
Preemie triplets brought us to ICEC. The kids were developmentally delayed as was their speech. The caring, patience and instructions were incredible. Enjoyed the parent sessions,it was so helpful to be able to listen and vent with other parents that had similar challenges. Was very sad when they had to age out. The therapists felt like family. I will always be grateful for the magic they worked with the kids.
Excellent therapists in a clean effective and loving setting.
My son has been receiving services at ICEC for two years. The therapist are amazing and so supportive. My son has made so much progress. I would recommend ICEC to anyone who is looking for great care and awesome therapist!!
El mejor
We LOVE this facility!! The staff is all wonderfully kind and welcoming..... and the facility is clean. Our SLP is Sonia and our daughter is improving by leaps and bounds with her. We couldn't be any happier with out choice!!
I don't know how more to appropriately discuss my love and adoration for this place. My son was diagnosed with Down syndrome at birth and since then has ended up being referred to many different services such as occupational, physical, speech, and feeding Therapy. ICEC is not only able to accommodate all of his needs but his twin sister had a safe and loving place to visit while her brother is in Therapy too. Their sibling care is affordable and top notch and allows me to focus on my son. We've been attending since the twins were 6 weeks old and it's made a world of difference for these preemies of mine. The families that attend have become an extension of our family and the staff as well. They accept insurance and will work closely with RCOC to get your child what they need. They also offer a very holistic approach to therapy with your child's therapists all meeting once a week along with a licensed LMFT who checks in with you (if you attend the global program). Give them a call if you have any concerns and see what they can offer.
It's been a while, but it seems its One-Star Monday again! This review is all on their policies. If you child misses a session for any reason they charge you a $40 fee regardless. We have been going since January to ICEC for my daughter and she likes to put things in her mouth, like most 2 years old, so she gets sick. So despite the fact she literally has a over 100 temp with green snot ( lol) we have to pay up. I get it for people that abuse the system, but each time something has occurred ( this is only our 2nd miss ) we call them as it happened and we were beyond pro-active in explaining. It seems we always have to fight with them and explain ourselves. No flexibility and they seem to enjoy writing the loooooong letters reminding us about what we agreed to. We had enough and found another place that seems to be more PATIENT FOCUSED than $$$$$-addicted. Disappointing, as we really liked the therapist that worked with us.AVOID.37
