I have used them several times had a small wait but nothing longer than any medical office. My problem lies with the fact that they took a payment for $110 then proceeded to tell me that they dont take payments there. Then calling back again told me that they werent with Epic anymore and I would have to pay Epic again and they would put the $110 I gave them towards my balance with them. The ONLY problem is my insurance paid them and Im still out $110. I called at the beginning of this week and was told they would be sending my money back. Ill wait to see......
All the staff were funny helpful and easy to work with. I had a HSG and it went very smoothly. Would recommend
su buen trato del persolal
Always very helpful ... I go here yearly for my mammogram ... uncomfortable procedure but the techs are really good and professional they make me feel comfortable inspite of the uncomfortable procedure to go through.
Got to her appointment and they told me I was at the wrong building. I ended up in Portland. Front desk lady told me that she would see about squeezing her in there so I didn’t have to drive to Happy Valley. I told her that would be perfect. Sat down and waited for her to bring me the paperwork to fill out and she says “now I know why you were supposed to go to Happy Valley” I told her “because of the open MRI”. She says “yep exactly but I can have one of the techs take her back and show her the machine to see if she’d be comfortable?” I told her “that would be awesome”. Tech assistant came out and explained everything to us and took my daughter back so she could see what it looked like and ended up going in the room they go into and got to watch a little bit of a man getting an MRI done. When they came back to the waiting room my daughter told me she thinks she can do it. The tech assistant says “no we’re going to believe that we can do it”. Few minutes later they came out and got her and I followed to the hallway where the dressing rooms are and waited for my daughter to change. When the tech came to get her she asked my daughter “do you want mom to go with you?” my daughter said yeah. We go into the MRI room and the lady got her set up on the machine on her stomach and in place with her wrist in the boxand put the headphones on for music and so she could talk to her. She pulled a chair up next to it and told my daughter “mom is gonna be right here with her hand on your leg”. They put her in the machine head first from lower back to her head was in the machine and I got to sit right next to her with my hand on her leg. The machine was actually quite bigger than I expected and she had plenty of room. She was in there for about 1520 minutes and when the tech came back in and shut the machine off and I took out my earplugs she says “I think she’s snoring”. my daughter had fallen asleep while in there because she was that comfortable. I know this is a long story but I’ll tell you I may have went to the wrong place but they were amazing and so kind. They were absolutely wonderful with my daughter.
I injured myself on the property and the manager didn’t bother to contact me at all either at the time of the incident or afterward. I had an early morning appointment it was dark outside and there were no lights out front and it didn’t look like the place was even open. Due to this I twisted my ankle on the border between the sidewalk and flower bed aggravating the leg that I had come in to have evaluated. It is still hurting over 2 months later. The MRI tech was great and the radiologist even spoke to me and called my referring doctor which never happens but I never heard from the manager. I also called prior to scheduling to ask about prices for my MRIs and I was quoted $500 less with insurance than I was billed for.Edit in response to the clinic response I tried three times to contact you prior to this review which was a last resort out of frustration. Twice with the form on the website once I found a reply in my junk mail box saying they could not change the bill and the third time I called and spoke to a nice woman in billing who was finally able to adjust the bill to match my original quote. I also told her about what happened and she said she would pass it along. I am not a “may I speak to your manager” type I gave the clinic plenty of opportunity to get back to me on these matters.
very nice workere took care of me real fast thanks alot
The staff was kind and gentle and made my mammogram less painful
I went for a routing mammogram and something came up that was concerning. I was immediately scheduled for an ultrasound and kept updated about everything that was going on. Everything turned out to be fine. I appreciated how smootly things went and how well all employees communicated to me what was happening.
the only good thing I have to say is the doctor who did my injection was fabulous. and informative. he was also very confident which helped alot with my anxiety. the nurse Cody was terrible and fat shamed me probably without even realizing it.. Im a very large woman and he took me back to a room had me sit down and a minute later he goes can you verify how much you weigh so I told him and he goes oh... thats unfortunate. I thought you made a typo I need to move you to another room that will fit your size I then was sat in the hallway while he spent 15 mins moving everything. then in the middle of procedure when the doc asked for sterile gloves he had to run to the other room because he didnt bring everything over. super unorganized and a little rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
