If I could give this agency no stars I would...I never experienced anything like this...(Aides were very UNPROFESSIONAL and LACKED PROPER TRAINING).Never on time and worst, had numerous no call no show, and Agency not able to replace those shifts, they acted like it was not their problem My dad was a stroke patient and also dealing with Dementia, needed full assistance, which the agency knew this, however the aides that were being send had absolutely no clue how to handle that type of patient, To the point that at 2 different occasions while in their care my dad fell. Had we not been in the house at the time it could have turned out a lot worst. When I contacted their supervisor of the incident, she told me that the aide had not called in, which they are suppose to do.NO one from the agency ever followed up with us to ask if my dad was ok and if they could do anything for us.My dad has since "passed" and I know he's in a better place...I would just like to warn everyone ,truly do your homework before you let anyone in your home to take care of your "LOVED ONE"BTW, we were paying $25 an hour out of our own pocket because Health Insurance does not cover home care. Truly this Agency is an "EMBARASSMENT"
I had to take the time to write a review because this company has some wonderful, dedicated people. Preston went above and beyond to help set up my mother's home care; even responding to emails while away on vacation. He helped to secure home care aides who were a perfect match for my mom. My mother can now live independently, does not feel so lonely, and is eating well-prepared and nutritious meals. She has compassionate people helping her with her day-to-day activities helping to avoid falls or injuries. I can sleep better at night knowing that she has this kind of consistent help. We are working hard to honor my mother's wish of living independently for as long as possible; and this company is helping to accomplish that!
Absolute worse health home care agency. The "aids" that they send out are totally unskilled, sleep on the job, damage the patient's home.
There was no credible training. This agency skirts unemployment laws to extent they give so little work to guarantee employees won't qualify. Pay is horrible. The "aids" that they send out are not only unqualified but they also pose a risk to patients. Management has been dishonest.
My experience here at Angels have been great. They have helped me with great pay, flexibility and they are very accommodating. Kris and Preston helped me so much when onboarding.
This company helped me get hired in a fast and helpful way. Good people and they make it easy for families. They pay for your PPD, Backgrounds while paying weekly and overtime.
Excellent service and easy to work with!
Absolutely awful. Constant no shows by the aide, no therapy as promised for mom. The nurse came once. This is about the 8th or 9th name for this agency (Philadelphia homecare, American home health, etc) Not reputable.
Angel's on call really cares about the relationships they have with their clients and employees. I would highly recommend them for all homecare needs.
