Have had great service until recently. I had my partials made here, multiple teeth extractions, and fillings. Recently I was called by the office to reschedule my appt the day of due to staff shortage, and on the rescheduled day I didn't get a reminder and missed the appt and now they will not reschedule, and ask me to call daily to check for availability. I only have 2 fillings left to get and one filling to be fixed that came out while flossing less than a mth after being placed. I take care of my elderly mother with Alzheimer's and my 1year old and cannot just show up on their schedule without someone to be with my mother and baby. Apparently by the other reviews this has become a common issue with others as well.Contacted office this morning and was given an appointment for my last two fillings. They are now working with me to get my work completed

Up until now I have had great experiences with the staff. They canceled my last appointment the day before, and I had used a vacation day to be available. I called today to reschedule their rescheduled appointment because of work and the receptionist had an attitude and said because I had a no show 4 months ago I’d have to call daily to check availability for that day. The receptionist should work on her etiquette. Not everyone has open availability. And things are hard enough on people right now, you shouldn’t feel like you’re being punished for having a job. If I called every time and rescheduled, or had several no shows that’d be one thing. But THEY canceled on ME last time with short notice. They should be more accommodating in my opinion.

If no stars were an option they would be deserving of, left multiple messages to schedule an appointment, filled out an online request, chatted with a bot and nothing.

Jennifer the hygienist is amazing and so is Dr. Remi. They put me at ease, and answered all of my questions. The front office staff is very welcoming too. I highly recommend this local dentist office.

The front desk staff is amazing I had 2 teeth ripped out the side of my gums this morning my lip was bruised by being pinched with the removal pliers I will never see the female dentist in the office ever again my gums have big chunks missing out the side of them instead of where it should be I have never had this kind of experience at this dentist any other time I had teeth extracted it was the most horrible painful experience I will never see that dentist ever again!!!
