Jennifer the hygienist is amazing and so is Dr. Remi. They put me at ease, and answered all of my questions. The front office staff is very welcoming too. I highly recommend this local dentist office.

UPDATE 3: I ended up having to cancel my appointment because you don't accept Genesis Credit but my mom had her appointment and said it was a great experience and you were very thorough. Thanks for taking care of my mom!UPDATE 2: Got a call stating my appointment needs to be rescheduled. The lady was very nice and offered an explanation for the previous communications with their office. A lot of companies become defensive and argumentative when you leave a bad review. She legitimately seemed like she wanted to prove that they're a great choice for dental needs and let me know she did read my review. Thanks for taking the time to read these and for having a great attitude! I'm looking forward to my appointment.UPDATE: Got a call this afternoon to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out. I upped the stars by 1. We'll see how the visit goes. My mom had an easier time making an appointment. I actually referred her here before the 30 minute hold fiasco.I called to make an appointment and received your voicemail during business hours. No biggie. I left a message and someone attempted to call me back the following day. She left a message for me asking me to return her call if I would like to make an appointment. I called again today and a female answered the phone. I told her that I needed to make an appointment and she placed me on hold. I was on hold for 31 minutes and figured she must've forgot about me because you close in 30 minutes and no one ever popped in to tell me thank you for holding or anything. I hung up and tried to call back. I got your voicemail again. You're the only dentist in Cherokee County that accepts my insurance. How unfortunate that I'll have to find a dentist in Spartanburg because you're understaffed or are incapable of something as simple as answering the phone. If you guys need help, I answer multi-line phones for the entire state of South Carolina and Virginia Beach Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm and can meet your needs for a customer service and scheduling rep. Give me a call if you'd like to better your business.P.S. I still need a dental cleaning.
