I wouldn’t recommend this office for your ortho needs, very disappointed with the overall experience and level of care for patients. I was referred to this office by the ER, after being seen for a torn hamstring. I came in on Monday, barely able to walk and in a lot of pain. The PA told me there’s not much they can do without an MRI (which is understandable) to see how bad the tear is. I was told I’d hopefully get my MRI scheduled by Thursday (at the latest). I left the office with no stretching plan, recovery plan, etc. By Thursday, I still hadn’t received a phone call to schedule my MRI so I called and left a message. Still nothing by EOD Friday, so I called the office again and didn’t get through. I finally received a call on Saturday, to get told they can’t get me in for my MRI until 3/4 weeks later. Fast forward to weeks later, still in pain (with no recovery plan) I haven’t heard a peep from this office. The level of care for patient recovery is extremely disappointing and I will not be going back here after my MRI is complete.
