My boyfriend died 12 hours after his neck surgery. They just sent him home. If he would have stayed over night he would still be with us.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter broke her arm and the ER sent her referral here. Looking at reviews before her appt I was thrilled. She was going to have a great specialist. We were about to go on a cruise so I needed her well taken care of. They did X-rays and didn’t supply her with an apron. First mistake. Second the PA wanted her resplinted for the trip. I agreed since her arm wasn’t well supported from the ER. The tech/ nurse, unsure of her position told me she had no idea, how to splint since they don’t have the proper stuff that she usually just cast. Which shocked me as an orthopedic facility. She resused the ace bandages and fiberglass that was supplied by the ER. She wrapped her up and said ok she’s fine. Immediately her arm started swelling and turning purple. I got her attention and she came back and corrected it. said it was fine. Even though the nurse had no idea what the PA was wanting, she never had him come back and check it or ask him to further clarify. She broke her ulna and radius but they didn’t splint her to her wrist still. And only supported her elbow. I had things I needed to do for work and so we left. Within 2 hours she was just crying in tears saying her arm was throbbing. Her upper and lower arm was two completely different colors. I called to see if they could get her back in. But no answer. Unsure what to do I decided to take her to a ortho urgent care to reacess. There they completely resplinted her arm and was able to get her taken care of. I will never go back to orthopedic specialist.

$1800.00 was charged to my insurance for the first visit, which also included a "surgery" that I don't remember having? Just received "my portion" almost ONE year later. Great job. Check around before going here!
