Very rude to my son and should be shut down. Little wood hut in the lobby is rotting and there is ants everywhere. Never can be reasonable with times.

Showed up with my 2 y/o for his appointment today just to find that they were closed and no one inside. Called the Mt Juliet location and they told me apparently Hermitage location closed for an “emergency”. I’m a bit disappointed they couldn’t call me to reschedule however the MJ location was kind enough to squeeze us in once we got there (despite an hour wait in the waiting area). The Hermitage location isn’t impressive anyway (seemed a bit run down inside when we came here last year) so needless to say we won’t be bringing our son back.

I took my son a couple times and everything went good. Now after that they have cancelled my son’s appointments every single time probably about 5 of them due to “emergency’s” every single time. Everyone has them but on every appointment I have been making him they have done it. Doesn’t look like they care about anyone else’s time and having to take off work and school sometimes. I’m not sure if it’s just us or if they do this to more people but it’s to a point where it’s just ridiculous now and I will be finding a new dentist for him since they canceled 2 hours before his appointment AGAIN!

Wouldn't accommodate my kids appointment today Had to wait a whole month to be seen. Yes I was late due to traffic. I was told to get there in 15 min ok i did. It still wasn't good enough. Told me I could wait if somone was a no show. I'm not doing that. Even after i told them that my child said his tooth was hurting Wanted to book me again for October. I walked out and won't ever go back! Had me waste my gas driving all the way out there too. That's okay made another appointment with another dentistry an seen Same day today. Zoo crew, your not the only dentistry out there. And to the owner..don't bother with a reply to me. Just go on and destroy my kids records. Thanks

I got there checked in and they called my daughter in 5 minutes and they were busy they focused just on her when they called her back i am definitely happy with them

give this score because I don't like the attention of the receptionists, they give an appointment and at the same time they change the appointment, one stops working to attend the appointment and then they change it and they don't notify the client. The attention with the receptionists is terrible. They are very irresponsible

Ms. Mekah is so gentle and reassuring to her young patients! My granddaughter came in feeling apprehensive about her visit and was relaxed in a short while. Mekah is a wonderful asset to the Hermitage practice. She and Dr. Sara gave excellent care.

I have been going here since I was 7 I’m now 39 dr Burdashaw was the best and the staff n new dentist there now are wonderful to my kids went here and now the granbabies go here
