After 2 major billing discrepancies, a change to the care plan with no heads up (pulling only 2 teeth instead of 4 yet somehow paying more $$$ and nobody mentioning they were only doing 2), and rushed visits that a 9 year old even said he flosses his teeth better than the hygienist, we are looking elsewhere. Their practice has gone downhill in the past year and it’s quite disappointing. Also request copies of my invoice and never received it. I would not recommend this location.

It’s always a great visit There’s so much for the kids to do while they wait, color, read books from the cute book shelf and the coin machine and of course the play hut I love how they decorate for each holiday They are all so nice

Zoo crew is amazing. We had some difficulties getting X-rays sent over from her last dentist and they worked with us getting her back and taken care of with the best of care

They are always very gentle and caring with my kids. They are also real, they don’t sugar coat things and I love that. They are always so kind when we visit and have some amazing customer service.

Can’t remember the name of the female doctor who extracted my son’s two front teeth today but I’m so thankful for her!! She was so very sweet and worked with my boy so well. She even rubbed my back as I was sobbing during and kept reassuring me and just being so kind. So if by chance it was you- I wanted to say thank you again. From the bottom of my heart. It was scary for me and him both(I was more of a mess than he was) and you made us both feel so much better and were so quick with your performance it was brilliant! 🥰🥰

Worst experience ever!!! I brought my son here for his dental appointment. I made sure we got here 5 mins earlier so we can leave on time because we have another appointment. The dental assistant called us in on time, after cleaning my son's teeth she told us to wait for the dentist to check his teeth and made sure everything was ok. We waited for over 30 mins but the dentist never showed up. The dental assistant was sweet, she came back apologizing several times. After 30 long mins of waiting, she came and told me that if we want to leave we can, but if we would like to stay, she can't guarantee us when the dentist is going to be available, because he has another patient, for over 30 mins???!!!! I felt so disappointed, and treated wrongly. Is he the only doctor in the entire clinic??? What about the other ones?? I usually have a nice experience and service anytime I bring my boys here (I have 3 boys). This time around was a disaster! My younger son has his appointment for next week and I don't even feel like bringing him here anymore! What a waste of time!!!!

This place is amazing. They always take both of my girls at the same time and they care about their patients! They listen to any concerns and get you in as soon as they have an opening. Would 10/10 recommend!
