This place is best my mother who is 93 years old. The staff has been good to take care of her. I just wish she was sick. I miss her not being close to me. I love her always. She always be in my heart no matter what .and my little dashaund miss her to.

My sister was in this beautiful facility for almost 2 weeks, she felt so special because she had the best care, and the entire staff was friendly and saw to all her needs. It’s a very comfortable place and the outside is gorgeous. Very comforting knowing she was in good hands.

The management of this company is horrible. They are rude and talk to people with disrespect. The nurses on day shift in the locked unit roll their eyes and act as if they don’t want to work there and that they hate their job. I wouldn’t put my mother in this place after seeing how they are when I done a walk through with a friend last week who was visiting her grandmother.

We would go in and the staff would be sitting around on their phones. They were ugly to my family and out of the places we went this was the worse.

My mother was recently released from the rehab center after open heart surgery. She was informed by "several" physical therapist that the home health nurses would be able to help her with washing her hair in the shower since she is unable to raise her arms above her head until given permission by her surgeon. After arriving home and meeting with a home health nurse, she was told they do NOT assist with patients showering. Now what is she supposed to do?!?!?!?!?

Everyone at The Pavilion took such good care of my father in late 2019. He felt cared for and safe there and that meant so much to me and my family. I highly recommend The Pavilion to anyone.

My sister and I are very happy that we decided to put Mr. G in the long term care at the Pavilion. He started out in the rehab unit and it was determined that he needed more care than we could give him at home. All the staff that had contact with our dad treated him as their own and dad really thought he owned the place.(He really did) We spent a little over a year at the Pavilion and they sure made our dad feel like family. We will miss all the staff that we have become friends with during his stay as we make preparation for dad's journey to heaven. Thanks again, Tina and Julia
