If I could give a zero rating, I would. Twice, on two separate occasions I have tried to bring in my grandchild in to be seen. They were VERY rude and refused to even see her. Both times she came in with fever and they wouldn’t even check it to see how high. The first time they told me that we needed to go straight to the ER because her fever had been 101. The second time they refused saying fever could be a sign of Covid and that they didn’t test children. How ridiculous! Children run fever for lots of reasons. That’s why you examine them. The staff was extremely rude and insulting. They were inconsiderate and uncaring! I would never recommend anyone to go here!
Terrible intake process right now! I don’t mind wait times due to COVID but no one ever comes out to help folks or communicate ANYTHING! I finally left!! Had an over two hour wait, signed in and completed paperwork myself over the phone, and waited well past my appointment time and NO COMMUNICATION was offered. No one sitting at the desk. No one came to the front when I called back... what if there had been an actual urgent need???
Super nice and Jennifer Miller is great. The place is clean and they take time with the patient.
What a joke! Scheduled an appointment for a COVID test for my daughter. Drove 30 minutes to get to the appointment and received automated text messaging about how to proceed once we arrived. We arrived 20 minutes early, but there was NO DOCTOR on the premises (he or she had to leave due to an emergency), NO TESTS AVAILABLE at that location, and they said THE COMPUTER SYSTEM was down so they said they couldn’t call us to tell us not to come. Even after we left, we continued to get the automated text messaging. No one bothered to call another location to get our phone numbers from the computer system and/or to cancel the appointments in their system. The WORST run medical practice I’ve EVER had any experience with!!!!

I went in for a Covid test last Saturday and was told Id receive results in 35 days. I cant get thru to an actual person in Bartlett so let a message on Wednesday and Thursday. I also sent a message thru the patient portal and no one has gotten back to me. No one else I know that has been tested for Covid has waited this long to receive a result and I cant even find someone to talk to about the delay. I would suggest ensuring you return phone calls of patients in a timely manner. I most likely will not choose Urgent Team in the future for urgent medical needs due to this lack of follow thru.
Had an appointment. Told to wait in the car. Waited over an hour. Was told there were a lot of walkins. Not sure why we wasted our time making an appointment.

I am so upset and disgusted at the treatment I have received by your so called Urgent Team at the 1905 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, TN 37115 location. I had a test for Covid19 done last Thursday and was told that the results would either be back the following day or on that Saturday. I didnt hear anything so I called on Monday and was told they still werent in. I called again Tuesday and was again told they hadnt arrived. I called again today and suggested they contact the lab to confirm they had received my sample and it was in process but just a backlog. I didnt hear back. I called 3 times today and eventually got told that the lab did not have my test and that I would need to have it retaken and if I went back today they would do it. I arranged childcare and went back. I called from the car park and was put on hold for 6 mins and counting. I hung up and went into the surgery and introduced myself as the patient whose test had gone missing and who theyd spoken to several times today. The lady had no knowledge of any of this and said I would have to wait in line but couldnt give me a timescale. I gave up. Shocking. Not sure what im supposed to do now but lets hope I dont have Coronavirus!
Yesterday (Saturday) I finally bit the bullet and went in to the fortress Murfreesboro TN location. I was very sick since Wednesday and had chest pains and having trouble breathing. When I got there I started having a crazy bad panic attack and told the girl and they took me right back. I had no wait time to talk to the nurse and doctor and they were amazing and even answered a lot of my questions. Highly recommended
$400 bucks for a 5 minute office visit? No tests, nothing. Literally told them what was wrong, wrote me a script and then I get a bill where they charged my insurance 400 bucks. INSURANCE FRAUD.
Urgent Team was wonderful! I was seen promptly and the NP, Ashley, was compassionate and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
HORRIBLE PLACE BAD or NO CARE given! My college aged child was turned away from this place 3 times. They close at 5pm on Sunday but stop seeing patients at 4pm! So when he returned Monday, he waited 2 hours 40 minutes, running 102+ fever, to be told his insurance was inactive. When he called me, his mother and the policy holder, I called BCBS. He just needed to use his SS# instead of mine. He returned and was sent away again. When he asked the intake clerk if she had entered the correct numbers, he was brushed off. I called and the same person hung up on me she said I was not on his HIPPA, BUT he put my name on the form. This was very unprofessional, coldhearted, uncaring behavior. At another clinic, he tested positive for the flu!!!
I waited around an hour and a half and had to leave because they were closing and couldn’t see everyone. I came back later in the week symptoms worsened. Waited an hour and a half. Was next in line (had to go pick up my son a mile away) and upon immediate return, I was bumped to the end of the waiting line again. I’m tired of this location. Why couldn’t I just be put back in my place when I returned knowing I’ve waited Two times now for the same sickness!!!! This was at the tiny town location in Clarksville I’m 9 weeks pregnant with I think pneumonia. Soo annoying
The nurse practitioner was very professional and very knowledgeable medical care was appropriate for the medical condition. However, if you decline to sign up for “Secure Pay”, instead of being charged your insurance copay (in my case $30), you are charged $120 and it is treated as self pay. Secure pay requires you to agree to allow them to keep your credit card on file for additional charges after you leave. This was not explained to me at the time of service, nor is this explained on your website. Luckily, the person at the front desk was new and ran the office visit through my insurance and I am due a refund of $90. So, if you do not authorize additional charges on your credit card after your visit, plan on paying $120 for your visit.
I went in at 20 minutes until closing and they still wouldn’t see me. They said “ since we close in about 20 minutes and your daughter will probably needed xrays and and they take a while to get back to us, we recommend you go to the ER.” The receptionist didn’t even try to check us in. She asked what was wrong and went to the back to ask if they could take us. Why be an urgent care if you can’t even help people when your sign clearly says OPEN?
Very rude & unfriendly. Receptionist was rude trying to bill me $120 before going in. My insurance pays 100%. She is very unprofessional could of been nicer. Ive been to other urgent cares & never have been treated so horrible.
my daughter who is away in college just went in presenting with severe pain and was told they would do nothing, that she would need to go elsewhere tomorrow. they had no issue charging her $300 for no treatment tho. As a mother, and someone who has worked in the healthcare field for 20+ years, I find this totally unacceptable.
Worst experience at and urgent care ever! I was in extreme pain, doctor never even checked me out and had already called in my prescriptions before my xrays even came back for the radiologist to review. I was waiting on my results and the nurse came in and gave me a shot of toradol and said I could leave, I informed her I was still waiting on my test results! Once they did come back, it was determined my tailbone was broke and the doctor told me all she could give me for pain was muscle relaxers and Ibuprofen, as she did not write any pain medicine. Said if I was still hurting, Id just have to go the the ER. Dr. Percy in Decatur, AL, was very rude and unprofessional! Update: I sought a second opinion and the doctor was appalled at my treatment from Urgent Team. He stated there was no reason to prescribe muscle relaxers for my type of injury/broken tailbone! Dont go to Urgent Team if you are in serious pain!
