I went in this place with severe pain from a bunion doctor KEET ER cut the bunion and prescribe future care for the toe. very professional, and knowledgeable.

I went here for custom orthotics and it has been an AWFUL experience. End of last year, I got scanned for orthotics and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later, I called and they said “oh sorry, we forgot to order them”. Two months and a half months later, they came in, and right away I could tell they weren’t fit right. Over the course of a few weeks, I went back 3 times for adjustments to be made. It got so bad I started having lower back and hip pain. I asked to see a new doctor, which happened to be Dr Neuhaus. I thought great, things will be perfect now. He was quick to rescan my feet for a new set of orthotics. He said 2-3 weeks they will be in, and they will personally ship them to Mt Juliet since it’s closer for me. 5 weeks later, I never heard back from them, so I called. They told me they once again forgot to order them. I said no worries in disbelief as this has been drawn out for months now. I get a call last week they are in, but the lady on the phone refuses to ship them to Mt Juliet as Dr. Neuhaus promised. She said they can’t do that and a nurse will call me. I didn’t hear anything for 24 hours, so I called again. I got the same lady, who said “I will send the nurse another note, but they should get back very shortly.” Well now, it’s been another 24 hours. 4 days since my first call saying they are in now. I really wanted to like this doctor’s office but it’s become extremely difficult and frustrating to work with them, not to mention expensive. The amount of money I have paid in deductibles, inserts, gas and time is really frustrating. I would like to get the custom orthotics and move on with my life. I’m not satisfied with their services and never have met a more dysfunctional office. Not to mention, their wait times are absolutely awful. I just don’t get how the owner (Dr Neuhaus) told me more than once he saw no issue with the inserts being shipped to Mt Juliet, all for their office staff on the phone to treat me as if I’m a liar. I could go on and on regarding this office, but I recommend you saving yourself the trip, and find someone else.

The analysis and diagnosis for my left foot issue was quickly and thoroughly examined with X-ray and MRI and with follow up appt determine the cause. Dr Neuhaus is very professional and reassuring in his demeanor. I appreciate his skills and confidence. WLR
