Dr. Ukatu is great but it takes forever to speak to office staff. Now they have ai answering phone calls which is even worse! The bot couldn’t reschedule my appointment so I just canceled.

They are a very good doctor at Cross Timbers ENT. But The front desk need to improve. Every time to call in to make an appointment, they are put on hold for over 30 minutes.

Unfortunately the receptionist must been having a bad day. She insisted that I needed to get something corrected at Medicare. Wrote me a note so I would not forget and was not listening to me, insisted I was wrong. So I got into my Medicare information and it was just as I had told her. All my doctors get paid including EMT. Everyone else should get a 10 rating and her a 1 in my opinion.

I was referred here for Community Care by the VA. The appointment was performed and the Doctor recommended Rhinoplasty for my deviated septum. It has now been 4.5 months of phone calls and in person visits to this office and they still have not faxed the medical notes and recommended treatment of Rhinoplasty back to Community Care so I can be scheduled for the surgery. They have lied to me 4 times and are seemingly incapable of performing a simple fax to follow up on an appointment they were paid to perform as a contractor for VA Community Care. After my phone call today I was informed that they would finally be faxing the information to the VA and I would receive a confirmation email that it was completed. They lied again. Veterans. Do not use this provider. I will be reporting them to Community Care to hopefully be removed as a provider so future Veterans will not get this kind of treatment.
