Front office staff are extremely rude, making snide comments after making an inquiry. Thought it was a once time occurrence but it wasn’t. If you don’t like your job or answering questions, get another job.

Reception not friendly and seemed put out by questions. Was unable to get meds from compounding pharmacy due to pharmacy not in network. Have called the offices to get another recommendation but was disconnected three times and have yet to receive follow up. Dr Shellenberger good and good at explanations.

I have been coming to Cross Timbers Ears, Nose and Throat for about 2 years now, and I can truly say the staff here is great. Dr Ceisha Ukatu is an excellent doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients, and addresses their medical needs with compassion and respect. If you are in need of a ENT doctor, I highly recommend you seek her out for your ENT services! Exceptional Care and 5 ⭐️ services.

I’ve been coming here for several years for a reason- Dr.Wu is good at explaining what’s going on with my crazy ears, and always has a solution. The facility is nice and clean, the staff are friendly and efficient.

I am sharing my experience with Cross Timbers ENT in Mansfield regarding the Inspire procedure for sleep apnea to help others advocate for themselves. Over eight months, my care fell short regarding communication, due diligence, and patient education.Key issues:Delays: After waiting 8 months, I was told I needed a completely different sleep study. This prerequisite should have been caught by the surgery scheduler at the start.Poor Education: I was not given clear information about the mandatory steps or timelines for this surgical pathway.Communication: Response times were slow and minimal, requiring constant follow-up on my end.Lack of Advocacy: I did not feel the practice actively advocated for me or adequately managed my care.I advise future patients to closely track their own timelines and requirements if using this practice. I hope they improve their patient communication and administrative protocols.

Dr. Shellenburger's staff is friendly, patient, and courteous. Even the automated info on the phone is extremely helpful. Dr. S. himself is professional, brisk, and knowledgeable, but he does make sure that you understand your diagnosis and treatment plan.
