This place is Amazing!!! I went from 315-220 in 6 months and it 24 weeks. I have lost 90 of that in fat!! If you have sleep apnea due to weight and you are having knee issues and are having to take medicines because of being “over weight” let me tell you go nowhere else but here!! I did not have to go the gym or exercise even once!!

this is the best place to go when you want to change your eating habits!!! I was 315 lbs and couldn't walk without intense pain in my knees which were/are bone on bone AND I was on cholesterol and blood pressure medicine, and was borderline diabetic. in Six months or 24 weeks I lost 80-90 lbs of fat and weight wise went from 315-220 lbs !!!!! I am no longer taking cholesterol medicine, I'm not border line diabetic anymore, and I don't have to take blood pressure medicine. I can walk up and down stairs and it was this place that taught me that changing my eating habits is 100 percent the way to get healthy!! P.S. I have not gone to the gym or exercised once since I started!!!

MELT supports losing weight the healthy way and gives you results that last. The weekly check-ins are so supportive and I always walk away feeling so well cared for. I can’t say enough about how wonderful MELT has been! I highly recommend this program!

Thank you to Josh and Melt Weight-loss. I have always struggled with weight trying it all and nothing has ever worked like The Melt. You follow the program and you will loose weight 100%! I'm down 50 pounds and also in fat too! I feel amazing and have so much energy! I can't say Thank you enough and Josh is so motivating and your biggest supporter! It has changed my life! I also refer all my patients here, and seen diabetes become non diabetics! So if you're ready I promise you will loose weight! Thank you Josh!

I was introduced to the program by asking a family member what she was doing because she looked AMAZING! I was so happy I did because I also completed the program and am so happy with the results. I feel like myself again after several years of being unsuccessful with other attempts. This program worked for me and I reached my goals in 3 months.
