Josh at Melt Weight Loss is amazing! I was looking for help with losing my postpartum weight without using weight loss drugs like GLP-1s. I didn't want to take Ozempic or tirzepatide as I was afraid of potential side effects. Melt Weight Loss is perfect for that. Listen to Josh and follow his protocol. It works. I was able to lose my last 8 pounds of pregnancy weight in a very, VERY short period of time thanks to Josh. What would have taken me another 8 months took only a few weeks. My energy levels are better than ever. The first two days were probably the toughest, but after that initial hurdle, it becomes much easier. You really don't have to feel hungry to lose body fat. I am so thankful for this program and my Trainer! I lost 70lbs in 7 months! The sugar cravings, brain fog, headaches, and a multitude of other health issues disappeared as did the weight! You feed your body every 3 hours minimally, and never feel hungry. It takes mental discipline and behavioral changes...but doesn't everything that is worth it! The support is phenomenal and it is a whole body transformation...mind, spirt, and physical. Do it...win your moments, and stop the food abuse, self-abuse!

I’ve known Josh for several years through the program. As a life-long dieter, this has truly been the only thing that has worked for me long term. You have plenty to eat (sometimes more) and you still lose weight. No exercise! Which never broke my heart! Josh provides constructive accountability and is very knowledgeable.
