Comfort Keepers has been amazing in terms of providing care for my elderly mother. They are very professional, communicative and kind. My mom is not a people person, but she really enjoys her time with them which says a lot. So glad i found them for her!

Very difficult to deal with. Charge by the minute! Charges based on when caretakers clock in and out. Bank drafts with no receipts. Do not recommend. Lots of smiles and rainbows, but no effective delivery. If you are thinking of working there, go somewhere else!

I can not say enough good things about this company. My aunt fell and broke her hip. Most of our family is out of state so I called around and set up a meeting at my aunts home. I flew in and met with Shay. She walked us both through all the services they offer. Made sure that our concerns about making it to doctors appointments, showers and her meals were addressed. They were able to make sure her dog went out, trash was taken care of and that my aunt wasn't alone. I was only going to be able to stay for two nights so that same day she took care of all paperwork and that evening came back to my aunts house to introduce the caregiver. This company is who you want and need!

This past year my grandpa was declining and was going to need help we were not trained for. At his doctors appointment his doctor had a card for Shaylynn. We called and within minutes had a time to meet her in person. She came to his home listened to all our concerns, needs and expectations. Within the hour we signed everything and the very next morning she was back at his home introducing his new caregiver. She showed her how to use the equipment, how to move items in the room to give the most space and let us know if we had anything to ask to just call her. Please don't get overwhelmed or scared about not doing the very best for those who gave us their best. Contact them and get help you won't regret it. This company is amazing and with someone like Shaylynn to walk you through everything I see why it was her calling.

We are very pleased with Comfort keepers they always make their best effort to always provide a caregiver for my husband. We have had a lot of different caregivers over the past 3 1/2 years the first year with a different agency that failed to provide quality care. We have been blessed to have Teresa as one of his primary caregiver from Comfort Keepers she has excellent skills that make the daily duties flow easier thru out the day anticipating his needs and always making sure that he is comfortable. Always has a pleasant and caring approach and is deeply appreciated by all our family. She could actually be a trainer for caregivers with her knowledge of how to use the equipment and ability to problem solve . We also have another caregiver named Sumaia that provides wonderful care for my husband and has a very kind and gentle character we look forward to having her with us the two days a week that we see her.
