Friendly helpful staff in a great location.
Horrible practice. Nobody says hi or how are you? Not one person is friendly. They asked for same insurance and information three times. Check in process was 25 minutes. I was there 10 minutes early to my appointment. Nobody came to visit after 40 minutes of me waiting. Would not suggest this to anybody who has any sense of time or kindness .
Weirdly rude staff answering the phones. I was calling to update my insurance and reschedule an appointment that my doctor canceled last minute. The woman who answered the phone was curt and rude from the start. Wish I could update insurance and schedule appointments online, just so I wouldn’t have had the displeasure of hearing her talk to me. Already looking at other practices, medical care is expensive enough without being treated like an inconvenience when you try to book an appointment.
Now is an excellent moment to invest and profitably trade bitcoin and binary options thanks to excellent proof from Mrs. Alicia Malone, who is the best account manager I have ever heard of or met. She has been supporting me. I began with merely $1000 and am already making excellent returns of up to $11,800. After 6-7 days of trading, you can remove yourself with no additional commissions. Dr. Giang Nguyen is the best. I’ve been seeing her now for about two years and she has amazing bedside manner, listens, and helps plan out a course of action. Highly recommend her.
I rarely leave reviews but when I saw a couple of negative reviews about Dr. Berkley, I couldn’t believe it and wanted to give my own personal and positive take on him. I’ve been telling everyone I know that he is my all time favorite, and I mean favorite doctor!! It was mid afternoon the first time I saw him and he did apologize for being late but he said he doesn’t like to rush his patients, wanting to give each one enough time to address their issues. I believe him because my first appointment with him was 45 minutes to an hour. He never looked at his watch or try to rush me along like most doctors do when they are working to a 15 minute time clock. I’ve never had a doctor who spent so much time with me and truly listened. We talked about more than just what I went in to see him for. He wanted a complete overview of my history and any concerns I might have even though it wasn’t an annual check up. He asked a lot of open ended questions that gave me the opportunity to think of things about my health that I may not otherwise have thought of. My follow up visit went well and he zeroed in on a new issue that came up between the first and second visit. He gave me a referral to a specialist which has led to a diagnosis that is going to change my life for the better. Dr. Berkley is a kind and thoughtful physician and my friend who referred him thinks he is wonderful as well.
Dr. Berkley is in rare air in my book... I want a healthcare professional who genuinely cares about my health. Seriously, I'm finding it ridiculous that I'm even stating this. I want a communicator who'll 'dumb-down' to my level of understanding when discussing & answering my health issues & concerns. Someone who will have patience with me asking a bunch of questions. I don't want to feel rushed; like I'm just the 'next patient up'. Of course I'd like to be seen as soon as my appointment time arrives, but honestly...really? What's most important is finding solutions, having meaningful dialogue to help me further understand alternatives and options. Confidence in knowing the right paths & protocols have been found. Any physician who's 'punctual' is not a good communicator IMHO; you're probably just a number. Dr. Berkley is a good, caring man who just happens to be a fantastic physician. I was just about to give up seeing physicians. I'm blessed to have met Dr. Berkley.
I’m sorry, but I don’t put up with disrespect. The front desk Person who picked up the phone was so rude. They lost me as a patient because of it.
Wonderful doctors and nurses and very clean atmosphere. Mallory Davis was one of the first practitioners to listen to me and offer sound advice to get my health back on track. Angie was very awesome as well! You both rock!
I have been coming to this location since it opened and have never had a single issue with scheduling or wait times. Dr. Brimberry and his team, in particular, Katie have been seeing me for years. I have received nothing but personal care and support from this team. They have always responded quickly and have shown true compassionate care. I can't recommend them enough. Katie has always been there for me and will go out of her way to message me back if something comes up and work with me on figuring out the best care possible. I have finally found the Doctor and team that shows they care and listen.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
