Great experience overall! So grateful for the friendly staff and patience with young children too!
Just feel well taken care of my eyes. From appts,to assistants, doctors. Love sales assistants on new glasses. They really seem to care.
If I could, I would actually give zero stars. My husband went in for an eye exam because they are on the VSP Insurance list. The exam went fine, but the problem started when he went to order his glasses. My husband's vision is great and the only thing he needs are readers, which he normally just buys at the drugstore. He decided to go with the prescription that she gave him. Of course, when he went to purchase, they upsold him, so he ended up getting progressives, which he absolutely did not need and the latest eye appointment he just had this week at a different location confirmed that, which is why I am just now writing this review. The upgrades cost him out of pocket over $400. When he went in to pick up his glasses and tried them on, he could not see correctly out of them. The vision center salesman told him it was because it was the in the afternoon and his eyes were tired and it would be much better in the morning. So let me get this right, your glasses, only work in the morning? He told him to keep them for a day or two and see if anything changed. My husband explained that we were moving from the area the next day but was told he could call and send them back if they did not work. Well, they did not work any better. He called and called and left many messages, and they never, ever called him back. I am guessing the salesman was only interested in making a commission and didn't care if he could see out of them or not. I would rather pay out of pocket somewhere else than to ever go back to this location.
Vinessa was so helpful! She stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed. Getting my daughter and a new pair of glasses and contacts for the first time was a breeze at Eyeworks!!
Went in to browse frames and staff was extremely condescending.
I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. From the front desk, to the doctor, to the optician, everyone was great during my visit today.
Absolutely love my visit ❤️
My eye experience at the Chu Medical Institute is always an exceptional experience. Everyone in this office - from the staff at the front desk, the technical staff to the Drs. are extremely caring, professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and show concern for me. The office is efficiently run. I won’t go to anyone or anywhere else to entrust my eye care.
I was seen at my appointment time, staff very courteous and able to answer any questions
Outstanding service by Dr. Chu. He carefully explained all his observations and provided clear answers to all my questions. I enjoyed is professional demeanor and friendly customer service skills. I will definitely be using him and Chu Eye Works again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
