The Dr. took his time to explain everything to me. He was very informative on what needs to take place. You don't find many Dr's take take the time to blow up your scans and draw pictures so you could understand what's happening to you. I was very impressed with Dr Ooi.

Excellent in every way. Both Dr Shank and his PA very listen. I've received compassionate care and explanations of my issues and care. The office staff are always efficient and nice. And valet parking is appreciated and always nice.

Do not recommend. I scheduled a new patient appointment after much research on the best spine specialist around, due to many back issues; and was hopeful when I found this place. The PA that I initially saw seemed very caring and it seemed like I picked the right place, however, the doctor I saw right after the PA was extremely dismissive. She said, in other words...why are you here if you don't want surgery. Hmmmm...maybe an alternate since this is a spine center and you're a spine specialist 😳 She refused to see me, pushed me off to another doctor. I scheduled an appointment with the other doctor at the time because I simply want some help and relief, but canceled the appointment shortly after because of how I was treated that day by the doctor. Still searching for a caring doctor who will see me and help 🤞
