Main Street Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Would rate zero if I could but people go here when they need help and dont feel good. A family member of mine went in on my recommendation and could hear the staff making fun of him outside of the door. This is completely unacceptable and if I had been there it wouldn't of happened. Paid 125 bucks to have to listen to staff laugh about being sick. Ridiculous I will never reccomend this place again.

Love this place!! We never have to wait very long and they are very thorough!! Its worth the drive from Kerrville to Fredericksburg.

Went here 4-18-19 and I told the staff I needed to get my kids in 30 mins and asked them if they could see me now or if I should come back. They were able to see me then treat me and get me in and out in under 30 minutes the whole time with smiles on their face! Granted it was just for a skin rash nothing serious but they are all so lovely to work with. Megan was so sweet and understood me needing to get my children. She called the prescription over to heb and it was ready by time I got there! I will go back again! Thank you Main Street urgent care! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been there twice and the staff and patient care is EXCELLENT!!! My first visit this May, I was having an aliphatic reaction to an over the counter energy pill I had taken. My esophagus was almost closed and I was terrified. As soon as the front desk girl saw the swelling in my face they immediately rushed me to the back and had an epinephrine injection in me within a minute. My second visit was this Friday. I had fallen a week ago and badly scraped my knee. I was not healing, the pain was excruciating and it was infected. I was taken back within 3 minutes. Elizabeth assessed my injury and had me treated and done within 25 minutes (would have been less time, but I had to wait 20 minutes after they gave me a shot). The staff is caring and friendly. Hopefully I won't need them again (crossed fingers), but if I do need an urgent care service, I will definitely be going there.

I was on a weekend trip and my sickness wasn’t getting better so I thought well might as well bite the bullet and go get checked out by a professional. I am not being dramatic when I say this was the most friendly and efficient urgent care I’ve encountered. Everyone was kind and helped me get on the right track back to being healthy. Highly recommend.
