I had the most wonderful experience with Ashlee! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended treatments that were perfectly tailored to my needs. The facial was relaxing and effective—my skin has never looked or felt better. Ashlee is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about skincare. I've been seeing Ashlee for several months now and I can't say enough good things about her! She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I’ve never once felt pressured to buy products or add on services—everything she’s recommended has truly felt personalized to my skin’s needs. Since starting with her, I’ve seen such an amazing difference in my skin and absolutely love the results. I’ve had hydrafacials, dermaplaning, laser treatments, and SkinPen sessions with Ashlee, and each one has been a great experience. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and always makes me feel completely comfortable. I’m so excited to continue my skincare journey with her! As for the med spa itself, booking is always easy, the membership program is such a great value, and the front desk ladies are consistently sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend Ashlee and the whole team!

It’s A Secret Med Spa is full of cheating people. Their services are very shady. Their staff are not properly trained in the procedures they perform. I was told by the girl who did my micro needling that she was not really sure what she was doing, but thought after completing my procedure that she felt for her first time she did pretty well.I was shocked that she would say something like this. I also knew someone who worked for them and told me their botox and fillers are “tampered with”. I asked what this meant and was told they were altered with saline to try and “stretch” the product. I advise anyone to stay far away from any of their spas. Bad people! I have also heard that people buy packages and they abruptly close and never return people money. That is a crime.
