I had such an amazing experience at It’s a Secret Med Spa in Plano—from the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. The team was so kind, professional, and made everything feel easy and seamless. Caitlyn, my injector, was an absolute gem. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, super easy to talk to, and made me feel totally at ease. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, offered thoughtful (and honest!) suggestions, and walked me through everything step-by-step. I’m a bit of a question-asker, and she answered all of them with patience and detail. She was a total pro. The results are flawless. Caitlyn is genuinely the Beyoncé of injectors. She somehow gave me exactly what I wanted. I look like myself but refreshed, glowy, and confident. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I can’t recommend Caitlyn and the Plano team enough. If you’re even slightly on the fence, go for it. Your face will thank you.
