Dr. Wenger has done 3 surgeries for our family as well as several cortisone injections... Skilled surgeon, caring doctor, great bedside manner, nice guy. I overheard a physical therapist say that Dr. Wenger's patients always seem to do better than most. I highly recommend him.
Dr Wenger has completed two knee surgeries and a broken foot for me. He has great bedside manner and is a great surgeon.I highly recommend him to anyone
Very attentive and caring staff! Dr. Wenger is very nice and personable.
He is an amazing doctor. I love his bedside manner. He makes you feel very comfortable . He is extremely knowlegable and very caring. His staff was amazing as well. From the moment you make your appointment to the time you checkout. I would highly recommend Dr Wenger and his office.
I would give Dr. Wenger I higher score himself but his staff can be very rude. Tammy in his office is especially rude. When I needed records because I was injured and needed to see another doctor. She was completely rude and informed me that by law they could take 30 days to give me my records and I could just walk around injured for 30 days and not be able to complain.
He is a good doctor but I had a bad experience with his staff. I was injured and in another town and needed my records to get in to see a doctor. After 4 days, I still did not have records and called them back. Tammy in his office was very rude and said that they were allowed to take 30 days to give me my records and I couldn't complain. Zero sympathy or caring from his staff. You can be injured for 30 days and can't see a doctor because you can't get your records and they don't care.
Went for 1 visit, took xrays, said they couldnt read them recommended MRI, went to another doctor he read the xrays said MRI not needed. Never heard bavk from Wenger office.
I am giving Dr. Wenger a poor rating because I feel he total took advantage of me in the billing process. I went to see him at the advice of the ER D ...
Let me start off by saying that Dr. Wenger is a brilliant surgeon. As a former trauma nurse clinician for the largest teaching hospital in the metroplex I have worked with hundreds of upcoming surgeons. After a while one starts to develop a sense of which doctors are truly gifted and which are just going through the motions. Dr. Wenger is definitely the former (truly gifted). I would happily recommend him to anyone, right after he fires his entire billing staff. As a result of their billing error I am now faced with an extra $1200 bill to TIOS and the overwhelming task of trying to get a refund from the surgery center. When I went to the office to discuss the error they gave me the tired old excuse of "the office manager is in a meeting". When I talked to the billing department, their excuse was "it's not our fault" "it's your insurance's fault" and "if the hospital owes you a refund you'll have to talk to them, it's not our faut". While it may not be "your fault" it IS certainly your problem because now you have created an angry patient who just told the entire world about his horrible experience with TIOS.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
