My daughter and I have been coming to this location for years, and we’ve always had a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate that Castle Dental offers in-house financing. Whenever I need work done and want to use a payment plan, Berta is quick to provide all the info I need—she’s awesome! Dr. Katayoun is also great, along with all the other staff members. I definitely recommend the Highway 6 N location!

I had a great experience from beginning to end. My dental team Dr. E, Shakira and Jennifer are professional, friendly, caring and gave effect care instructions for each stage of service. Most importantly, made me feel calm and relaxed. First impressions are lasting. Bertha is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable with insurance cost /billing process. She schedules my next appointments in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend family and friends who live near the Copperfield location. Great job everyone!

My first time here. Very ghetto. They took a bunch of x rays and did not do my cleaning covered by my insurance. They tried to up charge me $100 for the cleaning recommended by the dentist and told me they can’t do the cleaning covered by my insurance. Only the more expensive cleaning that I’d have to pay out of pocket for. Big scam and ripoff. I should’ve known when I first walked in. Zero stars.

Super long wait time for 1 hr and nothing happen so I walked out. They don't care about patients at all just keep u waiting at room for while and nobody say anything even I am walk out they not even say sorry for late or anything.

I’ve been coming to this location for years now, everyone is so kind and helpful, front desk, dentist and assistants, Rebecca and Bertha are very helpful when assisting you financially, Jennifer is the nicest and kindest person, she assists you with your cleaning and is always making sure you are feeling comfortable and assisted, excellent team!
