Appointment for oral surgery was scheduled for 10:30 am it’s now about 1:30 pm and we still have not been seen. If the patient is 15 mins late —appointment cancelled—15 mins of sedation at this place costs $337 —Their time is no more important than mines! Spoke with the front desk who said she communicated that this appointment was a work in—not true!! She communicated that the usual location was booked and to come to this location for the appointment—If you don’t value your time then this is the place for you to come.

Wouldn’t advise anyone to work or come here as a patient. The doctor is very rude to the employees I have had to constantly tell her about grabbing me and touching me and nothing was ever done . They expect only one of their assistants to do all of the work and when you know it’s wrong and speak up for yourself you are talked to with attitude like what you are reporting does not matter . This office is on another scale of unprofessionalism and the cleaning is terrible. They are now down to their only assistant appointments will be severely late and because the assistant will be over worked I promise the infection control is not done properly. I have made several reports on the up keeping of this office that has continued to go untalked about . This was a room prepared for another patient .

Woke up at 7am on sat to take my mom and turns out the dentist "canceled" the appointment even though she never did. So she got drunk on Friday instead of me.
