Dr. Zambrano and staff are amazing! Dr. Zambrano has been our family allergist since our daughter was 15 months old! He is very caring, personable and very thorough! I highly recommend him!

Surprised by the 5 stars contemplating the front desk’s great service. I had an appointment today, not only they wouldn't run my insurance for copay, they did not inform me that my appointment is over 1h30 to make accommodations. My appointment was the « first » and after 40 min of waiting, still nothing…. They said; it All depends on the nurses in the back.. What a horrible customer service Been waiting for 1months and a half to see an allergist, and this is by far the worst experience of scheduling waiting and being utterly dissatisfied. I have called them 3 times, to ask about copay and the response was: i deal with 11 clinics and i cannot provide you with a number. Really? That s how treating patients is? To take into consideration; people work, they need proper information about their appointments. Oh And when they gave me my appointment, they given me the clinic number wrong… so i got lost in the building. In addition, They did not respond to my voice mails. Overall i had to reschedule my appointment because of their extraordinary wonderful service.

Dr. Kline and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure my allergies and asthma are controlled. They are responsive and really do their best to make sure I am on the right treatment plan. They even fight my insurance battles when the insurance seem to decide they no longer want to cover my treatment. The nurse staff is incredible and reach out to check on me and make certain I have appointments scheduled. I have been at this location for a little over a year now and they have been able to help keep my asthma under control. I highly recommend this office and appreciate their attentiveness and how personable they are. No long waits for appointments and there is always available parking in a good area. There is also elevator access to this office. Also, nurse Alicia is the best!
