I have been a patient of SW Allergy & Asthma since 1991. I have used it’s Smith Street location for around 15 years. It’s location is excellent for people living inside the Loop. Dr. Chen has been my doctor the entire time at the Smith location. He is an exceptional physician and has kept my allergies in check. He listens attentively and makes sensible recommendations. He knows who I am when he sees me and I’m not just a number. Lorraine at the front desk is fantastic and also knows me even when I call by phone. I highly recommend the Smith location for it’s competence, convenient location and personable doctor and staff.

Dr Chen has been my asthma and allergy doctor for 12 years. Figuring up this morning. They are wonderful. And here’s one of the good things about SWAAA… If you have a medical department at your company, you can have your serum sent to your medical department to give you shots while you’re there at the office. You don’t have to come to the doctor’s office to get your allergy shots.

Incredible care at SWAAA Clinic in Midtown! From the warm welcome at the front desk with René to the outstanding attention and professionalism of our favorite Dr. Chen, every visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly go above and beyond. We absolutely love this clinic and highly recommend it!

The best staff I have ever experienced, from the moment I walked I have always been treated with kindness and care. They have exceeded my expectations and really helped me on this journey with my allergies. I highly recommend this location, healthcare is about understanding and being treated with respect and compassion. I have felt this here ! Thank you to this team of healthcare providers and the wonderful ladies at the front desk.
