Great experience Good nurses
Dr. Hossain, nurse Yeni , CT Nam y Monica Fronk desk. Buen servicio por el medico estoy contenta por el servicio y buen trato
Had an unexpected and scary hive outbreak. First time ever! I walked in, was in a room, and being seen and treatment started within 20 min. All the staff were super sweet BUT WASEF, my nurse, went above and beyond for me. If you’re looking for er treatment without the long wait and great staff, I highly recommend!
Very friendly staff and made the process smooth
The doctors, nurses, technicians, and receptionists were all really kind and caring. They took the time to help me and showed genuine concern for my health.
Wasef is the best as well as the staff! The facility and service is great. Highly recommended!
Very good place. Very attentive and helped me.
I took my daughter to Village Emergency Room due to a laceration on her finger. I have worked in a freestanding ER for many years, so I understand what constitutes an appropriate ER visit. In this case, the bleeding was significant and would not stop despite applying pressure and changing gauze multiple times at home. By the time we arrived, there was still visible blood on her hands and shoes. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked for insurance information. I provided it, but the front desk staff stated our insurance was inactive. I knew this was incorrect, as I had just used it the week prior. I verified eligibility myself on my insurance portal, which showed active coverage, but the staff member remained insistent and said he needed supervisor approval for us to be seen. At that point, I offered to proceed as a self-pay patient, and instead of focusing on care, I was told the visit would start at $150 and increase depending on treatment. Meanwhile, my daughter was still in pain and actively managing her injury. When we were finally taken back, the tone of the visit became even more disappointing. The nurse asked to see the cut, and because the bleeding had stopped by then, it appeared smaller, but still deep. Both the nurse and staff made light of the situation, laughing and making it seem as though we were wasting their time. The physician interaction was equally concerning. She did not perform a proper examination, appeared visibly annoyed, briefly looked at my daughter’s finger, and stated the nurse would return to glue it. When I attempted to explain and apologize, noting that the injury had appeared much worse earlier, she dismissed me and walked out without acknowledgment. Having spent nearly a decade working in a freestanding ER myself, I can confidently say this level of care and lack of compassion is unacceptable. Patients come in based on what they are experiencing in the moment, and it is the responsibility of medical staff to treat them with respect and professionalism, regardless of the outcome. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, and we will not be returning. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had at a freestanding ER.
Great service, very nice, no wait time in and out !!! Wasef amazing and informative i recommend this place for everyone

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
