List of Rapidcare Emergency Room's Reviews
I received outstanding care at Rapid Care ER Montgomery. I was impressed by the level of diagnostic equipment and services available. This is not an urgent care, it is a ER where you are able to obtain a CT, labs, X-rays, etc. onsite with fast results. It is nice to have a 24/7 facility in Montgomery and not have to drive to Conroe or the Woodlands for emergency care. The best news is that my insurance will cover all costs without having to meet my deductible or pay a copay. I have Cigna, not sure if this works with all Cigna plans or other insurances though.
Came in with a large cut on my hand and was taken care of immediately. All of the staff was very professional and personable. Very impressed !
Excelente clinica estoy muy agradecida por toda la atención hacia mi hija, sin duda alguna yo recomiendo esta clínica de urgencias.
Very good people
Went in for some concerning eye pain. I reported that the sclera in my eye was swollen, the tissue bulging from my eye (almost like a blister or fluid) it’s painful, and had some yellowish bruising behind it. It felt like I was hit in the eye and that my vision was starting to blur all within an hour. The doctor Babajide Olutimehin took none of those words and just kept saying “foreign body” even after my repeated attempts of telling him there was not a foreign body in my eye. Even though I kept mentioning this, he still proceeded to do an eyewash He did four pushes of saline and on the last push, he lost his balance or something and pressed so hard into my eye, I felt it in my nasal cavity, I said ow and he tapped me on the shoulder and said oh you’re OK. He also just kept saying I don’t see what’s wrong and I don’t know, you’ll need to see an eye doctor. How can you not see the swelling??? He also pushed blame and said he was misinformed of what was wrong with me. He had no bedside manner and acted as if I had disrupted his night. It was 2am and I was the only one there. Anyways, My eye felt worse after leaving there, so I just went to be seen at another facility for them to QUICKLY, without hesitation, tell me I have chemosis, which is fluid build up under the conjectiva, which is the tissue or the skin that overlies your eyeball. Which can happen from a really bad infection or allergy.
Because it wasn’t “immediate care” they couldn’t help my dear friend Mary and she felt so bad she cried.
Everyone was amazing!!!!
Awesome friendly warm and comforting. If i have any medical problems I will go here
Quick Wait, professional service. very happy with the visit. Will try to not need a return but if I’m in need of an ER, this is the place to go to
It’s an amazing urgent care the receptionist is the most kind and helpful women. The doctor are trying their best to keep up with the high demand of people coming in and there is a wait but what urgent care or hospital doesn’t have a wait. I will always come here for a medical need and they are 24 hours so that is a plus.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
