Phone system is terrible

Dr. Andrado, nurse Felicia and the staff are fantastic! She is my daughter’s pediatrician and I recently switch to her as my PCP. I just love her!

Great staff. I see Dr Mathewson and I can't recommend her enough. She recently delivered my son and I had a wonderful birth experience overall. I always feel like I get quality care and I'm not being rushed. Overall the best doctor I've seen in a while.

Dr. Rob was great very thorough friendly

Just a battle to pay the bill. I went here in April for a procedure and got billed in September. Requested a payment plan and they offered one that was still high, I was transferred to another department where the lady sent me an application in the mail. I sent it back right away with all the information they needed. I never heard back from them, and two weeks later got a bill in the mail requesting the payment immediately in FULL. Called the billing office again and can't even get a person on the line it goes right to voice-mail. Very scummy business practices.

They’re slowly killing their nurses. Intentionally understaffing and overworking their employees into suicide. Long before Covid-19, this has been their addendum. Paying incredibly low wages outside of the overtime contracts. They are killing their nurses and decreasing the standard of care they’re able to provide. Killing their “customers” by overloading their staff to the point of exhaustion. Of course, their staff can’t LEAVE and just kill the patient. So they fight through it, for you and I. This place is garbage and their business practice is garbage. Thanks for reading 😊

I want to be careful what I say here because there is one, singular person who has been the epitome of respect, customer oriented service, and knowledgeable professionalism that I have encountered with this business. Every other experience has been a hot plate of taint flavored garbage... A bit dramatic but, please whoever reads this, stay away from this company... It would be better if they went bankrupt and disappeared... As for the person I refer to, I hope they realize that Christus is a sinking ship and find a better place to work...

This place is amazing! I see Tammy Huff for my appointments and she and her assistant (Emily) are the best!! She’s very thorough and her bedside manner is out of this world! She definitely has a way of soothing you and making you feel really comfortable. I know she cares for each and every one of her patients and it shows during your appointment. I enjoy the conversations and laughs we have during my appointments. My appointments have never been a “rush” to get me in and out to see the next patient and I’ve never had to wait long times after being placed on a room. Not saying this can’t happen because after all, she’s only one person and she could have a delivery she needs to attend to at either hospital here in town. Another thing I love about coming here is I don’t have to call or request to speak to her if and when I have a question. I can message her directly through the MyChart portal and she gets back to me directly by responding to my messages. If I have lab work done, I get alerts from my portal to review the results. If I have an appointment scheduled and it’s coming up, I get reminders. It makes everything so much easier using this system. The ladies at the front desk are so caring and easy going as well. When you walk in to check in, you never receive attitude like you’re a bother for coming in and you’re always greeted with a smile. Their communication is on point and IF there’s a delay, they communicate that with you. The lab technician who draws bloodwork is amazing!! I’ve never (that I can recall) had someone poke me to get blood and I not feel it. She was gentle all while being efficient. I’m so happy to have Tammy as my caregiver. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking for a midwife or someone to address your feminine care, to come see Tammy! You’re in great hands here!!

I hate wearing mask!

The front desk is terrible. When I call I either get a busy signal or if it does ring you get put on hold for over 45 minutes and no one comes back to the phone so you just hang up. My husband still goes to this clinic but I have switched.
