Dont quite understand all the bad reviews to each their own I guess. The staff was friendly and very helpful including receptionist. My radiology tech was very nice and helped me get through my MRI with my claustrophobia. She gave me an option to choose what music I wanted to listen to so I can tune out the loud sound of the MRI and helped ease my anxiety. This particular location has an open MRI which helped my anxiety tremendously It was a great experience all around I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend this place to everyone for radiology services.

Poorly managed. They give too much paperwork to fill out that could have been sent via email ahead of the actual appointment. Also it took over 2 hours for just an MRI of my knees when there were very few people present. Lastly they charge too much. After our insurance paid over $3000 we still had to pay $900 out of pocket.

I dont know why the reviews are so poor here. Have been here a few times and the front staff is always polite. The technicians have been wonderful and friendly every time.

Sherry idk the spelling was really great If I could give more stars I would. I had to get ultrasound and she was very thorough yet thoughtful of every detail and I appreciated it very much. I have very bad social anxiety so I was really nervous and I dislike small talk very much but she has a way about her thats very calm and relaxing and I was able to do small talk after such a long time albeit it was still awkward for me but I really respect her ability to gauge the situation. The front desk was nice and efficient too. And I like how they tell you the price beforehand. This was a great first experience for me as someone with anxiety. I wouldn’t mind doing all my future imaging here. Thank you Sherry I wish I could have expressed my gratitude in person but I didn’t have the guts

I drove 40 minutes to get there to do an ordered xray for my son. But they wouldn’t let me in as I was 10 minutes behind their “ cut off” that only they knew about As neither their website nor their main providers know anything about it

On behalf of my wife Annamma Jacob.This place is terrible. My ordeal in MRI machine caused the blood pressure to spike up and made me as if I was going to die. My screaming in the room unheard.The technician left me in the machine for 45 minutes with out any explanations. This situation would have been avoided if the technician explained the MRI procedures beforehand. I believe this place isn’t care about the patient’s safety. Lack of training is evident.

Very friendly front desk staff. Insanely professional with how they address their patients. All staff we saw wore their masks and were very polite when giving instructions.I definitely recommend this place

I have had 3 ultrasound procedures in the past two months at CDI Richardson. The front office staff has always been pleasant knowledgeable and easy to work with. Sherry the ultrasound tech does her job efficiently and thoroughly. The radiologists reports have been complete and helpful. I enthusiastically recommend this location.

Awesome front office staff. Very minimal wait time. Awesome tech that conducted the ultrasound. Overall highly recommend this office.

Went there and they totally missed my hernia while doing a cat scan and said I don’t have a hernia whenever I got a a cat scan at the emergency room where they told me I had a hernia and that I should follow up for surgery so sad I just want help wish they would do they’re test better or check the results more carefully cause that’s not right.
