Dont quite understand all the bad reviews to each their own I guess. The staff was friendly and very helpful including receptionist. My radiology tech was very nice and helped me get through my MRI with my claustrophobia. She gave me an option to choose what music I wanted to listen to so I can tune out the loud sound of the MRI and helped ease my anxiety. This particular location has an open MRI which helped my anxiety tremendously It was a great experience all around I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend this place to everyone for radiology services.

I dont know why the reviews are so poor here. Have been here a few times and the front staff is always polite. The technicians have been wonderful and friendly every time.

Sherry idk the spelling was really great If I could give more stars I would. I had to get ultrasound and she was very thorough yet thoughtful of every detail and I appreciated it very much. I have very bad social anxiety so I was really nervous and I dislike small talk very much but she has a way about her thats very calm and relaxing and I was able to do small talk after such a long time albeit it was still awkward for me but I really respect her ability to gauge the situation. The front desk was nice and efficient too. And I like how they tell you the price beforehand. This was a great first experience for me as someone with anxiety. I wouldn’t mind doing all my future imaging here. Thank you Sherry I wish I could have expressed my gratitude in person but I didn’t have the guts

Very friendly front desk staff. Insanely professional with how they address their patients. All staff we saw wore their masks and were very polite when giving instructions.I definitely recommend this place

I have had 3 ultrasound procedures in the past two months at CDI Richardson. The front office staff has always been pleasant knowledgeable and easy to work with. Sherry the ultrasound tech does her job efficiently and thoroughly. The radiologists reports have been complete and helpful. I enthusiastically recommend this location.

Awesome front office staff. Very minimal wait time. Awesome tech that conducted the ultrasound. Overall highly recommend this office.

This is hands down the BEST imaging center in the North DallasPlanoRichardson area. The front office staff is wonderful very friendly polite efficient. The techs are OUTSTANDING Michael is incredibly sweet and so compassionate. Ive had MRIs here several times and have never had a bad experience. 5 Stars all the way

I have to thank Jeanie tons I have just had a recent HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience at another imaging center in a closed machine. I knew the only way I could get the MRI done was to go in an open MRI so I called around and the Richardson location has them. I got very anxious once I got on the table and was not totally sure I could it. Jeanie was so patient and understanding of how I was feeling and went at my speed. I really like that you are able to look out the windows while getting the MRI. It was faster than my last ones too. I am 58 and had to have my lower back done so once I was fully in position from my chin or around my mouth and up was out of the machine and I was able to turn my head to look out the window. MRIs are not fun in any way but at least this experience was as pleasant as an MRI can be. I hope I dont have to have another one but if I do this is where I will be going back to The woman at the front desk I am so sorry but I just realized that I never got your name was also super friendly and beyond helpful and an absolute pleasure to talk to

I read the reviews and almost called another provider glad I didnt. The scheduling desk was great Very personable and friendly most of all they were able to get me the appointment time I needed. Very happy and will call again.
