Friendly nurses, doctors, and front desk staff. Have definitely felt like I'm in good hands there
Our visit was seamless and efficient. The staff provided exceptional care for my daughter, performing a thorough diagnosis with a truly attentive approach.
I had a very disappointing experience at PM Pediatrics Fairfax on Sunday, April 19 around 9:38 PM. I brought my 7-year-old daughter in because she was very sick while we were traveling back to Georgia. Despite arriving before their posted closing time of 10 PM, the front desk staff and doctor told us to leave because they needed to go home. The doctor, who appeared quite young, came out personally just to explain that we had to leave. It was disheartening, especially since there was no empathy shown toward a sick child you could clearly see the lack of concern in that moment. If the clinic plans to stop seeing patients before closing, they should clearly communicate that or close their doors earlier (for example, at 9:30 PM). Patients should not be turned away like this, especially children in need of care. And just in case there’s a response saying “you’re not in our records”—that’s because we were asked to walk out before being seen. This was my first experience like this in the U.S., and it was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on how we were treated.
I had a very frustrating experience at PM Pediatrics today. When I arrived and checked in, there was only one person ahead of me. At the same time, I checked their website and it showed appointments available within an hour, which felt reassuring. The staff also mentioned they accept walk-ins, which I initially thought was a positive. However, the reality was completely different. We ended up waiting in the hallway for three hours. During that time, I saw multiple patients—both walk-ins and those with appointments—arrive after us and get taken inside. There was no clear explanation or communication about the delay or how patients were being prioritized. Spending that long waiting, especially with a child, is unacceptable. The lack of organization and transparency made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, when I checked again with the front desk, they couldn’t even give me an estimate of how much longer the wait would be. At that point, we gave up, canceled the visit, and left without receiving any care. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a medical facility.
Everyone here is so caring and attentive! From the check in desk to the exam room. Dr Butler is amazing and we adore Patty! My son is well cared for and we feel confident That we can follow up if he is not better soon.
Doctors and nursing staff were wonderful. They assessed my son and administered his first dose of antibiotics in the office. They gave him a Gatorade and popsicle on site to help him feel better!
The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient. I feel incredibly lucky to have this resource so close by!
Dr. Wu is amazing! My children receive the absolute best care. I love the staff here!
Virtual visit was fast , however paperwork was pretty lengthy … I was already and established patient with the same contact info. Other than that it I will be coming back
We made an appointment for 5:30pm on Thursday, April 9th. My son was taken to the back at 6:20pm, almost an hour wait. Granted, they informed us that they were backed up. However, an hour is ridiculous. And on the website, it said estimated wait time was 10min. EVERY SINGLE STEP of the way, there was at least 15-20min wait times. My son didn’t get home until 8pm- just to get an antibiotic ointment. I’ve always had good experiences with your organization but I will resort to going to his PCP from now on. You should NOT have appointments available online if you cannot HONOR it. Do away with it, please! The care we received was fine- we got what we needed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
