By the time your kid will get seen, they will recover on their own. 😭 The doctor, nurses, and staff were all awesome, but the place is clearly understaffed. A 2.5 hour wait time for a sick child is just not acceptable.

We had an appointment and we were still not seen for an hour. The people without an appointment were being told it was an hour wait so I cannot imagine how long they waited.

Another great experience at PM pediatrics yesterday for my daughter. We were brought it in at the time of our appointment, we were able to get a same day appointment, and we were done in 1 hour. They had a walking boot so we didn’t have to order it online or go to another place to buy it. 10/10 always recommend PM pediatrics to my friends. I have been using them for 6 years. The staff is always so kind. And is great with kids. ❤️❤️🙌🏻🫶🏻

We were so worried about our little one because an allergy asthma reaction, and Doctor Khan and her staff reacted immediately caring for our little one amazingly. Thank you so much for showing overwhelming compassion and care.

I was able to get my son in quickly. They contacted me when the location I made an appointment in would not be able to get imaging and rescheduled us at a location that could perform appropriate services. We were seen within 10 min of arriving and received thorough, compassionate care

What's the point of an appointment time when you wait 90 mins and were never seen? We ended up leaving and won't be back.

Constantly runs atleast 30 mins past appointment times. Called ahead to check if a particular type of care was offered and was told by the front office it was only to wait over 40 mins to be told they do not. Go somewhere else. The owner replying back with word salad does absolutely nothing for fixing the actual problems here.

Dr. Hina khan was absolutely amazing. We went in because my daughter was tugging at her ears, crying and screaming. She made sure to make my 2 year old feel comfortable before doing her exam. The whole process was smooth and the front desk was helpful and friendly!
