So i have been going to quality dentel for a time now. Im always trying to be that person who is cool, fun when i show up and never giving the staff a hard time. Today 07-01-2024. I go to the Spotsylvania location because of all of my 3 caps broke. I get in the chair and dr tran starts to work on my mouth. She pushes my tongue a certain way during the procedure is certain way, but sometimes during a procedure, she will shift my tongue and move her fingers which cuts off the airway and then she keeps telling me to breathe through my nose and I’m trying to breathe through my nose, but she’s not listening, and then she keeps pinching harder on my tongue and moving it harder and then gets mad at me and then when I sit up, she said I do little kids. Well for one i dont do or say things like that because i respect them but i see im not respected as a man. Two other people where in that room that heard it so its not like im lying. So back story is when she started the doing crown work on my mouth she asked me if i have sleep apnea and i told her yes. But did the same thing a few weeks ago. I do not recommend dr tran. She has shown she doesnt have self control and lacks discipline and will belittle you because she feels she can Respect me as i respect you that is all.

My husband and I have been going to Southpoint Quality Dental for many years now (probably since they opened here in Massaponax) and we have never, ever, been unhappy or disappointed with the service they provide. The staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely comfortable during your visit. Both, my husband and myself, have been completely satisfied with everyone who works there and all the work that they have performed on us, and we don’t plan on ever leaving or going anywhere else!

The support staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Swanson on the other hand did not even find it necessary to greet or acknowledge me. Having seen him for the first time, I found it rather rude. Unfortunately he is not the only one in this business doing that.
