Front office staff is terrible. Had to wait 3 days for a return call to schedule a procedure. Tried to call agin and hard to wait 2 hours for a return call to be placed on hold for 8 minutes . A new associate told me it was a 5 month wait for service. She was also nasty and rude.

Went in today for my overdue cleaning, first time at the Stafford office. The entire staff were very caring and friendly. They even let me vent about my previous bad experience with a dentist. The staff here are very patient as well.
