Awful. Rushed through my visit without answering any of my questions, left just to be called back in by the nurse so answer said questions... Was more concerned with changing the appt from suture removal to doctors visits so she could get paid for the 20 seconds she took to look at my skin. Do not recommend!

I had seen a NP at Forefront Dermatology in Fishersville, VA for the past 2 months. She diagnosed that I had eczema, but nothing she suggested or was treating me with was working for the severe itching I had. On my last visit she said I needed to start shots of Dupixent every 4 weeks & the shots cost $4,000 each. I decided with having no relief from the severe itching that I needed to go for a second opinion at another dermatologist, which was Dr Lynch at Shenandoah Dermatology. Within minutes of examination, she said I did not have eczema but psoriasis, so I was misdiagnosed by Forefront Dermatology’s NP. Dr Lynch said my psoriasis was treatable by Otzela; within a few days of taking this medication the severe itching has subsided. I called Forefront Dermatology regarding their NP’s misdiagnosis of eczema when I actually had psoriasis, but in almost a week no response from them. Thank goodness Dr. Lynch was able to see me.
