Review Summary
From the collection of reviews provided, it’s clear that experiences with LifeStance vary significantly among clients. Many individuals have positive experiences, praising the knowledgeable and supportive therapists, easy scheduling, and overall compassionate service. For example, several reviewers mentioned feeling comfortable and supported by their therapists, who listened carefully and worked collaboratively to address their issues. However, not all experiences have been positive. Some clients expressed dissatisfaction with LifeStance’s billing procedures, citing discrepancies in quoted fees versus actual charges and difficulty reaching billing support. These issues have left some clients feeling frustrated and disappointed, with one reviewer deciding to take their business elsewhere. Another reviewer reported a concerning experience with a therapist, highlighting the importance of thorough research before choosing a therapist to ensure compatibility. Overall, while LifeStance seems to offer valuable mental health support to many, there are areas such as billing practices and therapist selection that could benefit from improvement. Clients may find it helpful to carefully research their therapists and stay informed about billing policies to avoid potential issues.ScoreDoc Score

List of Lifestance Therapists & Psychiatrists Vancouver's Reviews
My therapist was great, and they are affordable if you have Medicare. However, the repeated ad nauseum process with so much duplication is enough to make the suicidal finally pull the trigger, the obsessive to circle around doing the same thing over and over until they miss their appointment and die of starvation, and those who just need help to give up on them and write reviews like this.
Incredibly glad I contacted Lifestance and got set up with the providers I did. I've been suffering with PTSD and other issues for most of my life and it got to a point where everyday felt like an unbearable challenge to get through. Thanks to my psych team and the wonders of EMDR therapy I am finally starting to feel like myself again. I can't recommend them enough.
It was a great first visit/intake! I'm very 😊 happy.
Horrible experience, you guys must do better
I had a great experience with my provider this morning. Even though I was distracted and running late for my Zoom appointment, I was promptly contacted with a reminder, which I really appreciated. My provider listens carefully and genuinely seems to understand my circumstances. I feel supported, and it’s clear she is working with me to help me find balance again.
I feel very comfortable here The office staff are professional and courteous and made it easy to check in. I have very positive feelings about my future treatment with the therapist. She was easy to get acquainted with and made me feel very comfortable. I believe we had a good repore and connected very well.due to her skills and experience. I look forward to working with her.
Very easy process and caring staff. Flexible with my schedule and compassionate to the needs I present. Nichole Churchill is a very knowledgeable and caring provider. I feel lucky to have her.
Jamie is a great provider-always very prompt to reply to any emails/messages. She listens to concerns and offers solutions in a kind way. I’d recommend anyone to her.
I was comfortable with the friendly therapist.
Easy enough. It would be easier if I was younger.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
