I assisted my father to see Dr. Perkins. Dr. Perkins is very understanding, considerate, compassionate and caring. The whole office personnel and assistants were superb. My father is looking forward to his next appointments and procedure.

Don't even think about making an appointment here. Terrible ophthalmologists (I saw more than one). Blatantly fraudulent billing services. Non-existent patient/customer services. Run, do not walk, as far away as you can from this place!

Yesterday I received a text message and an email telling me my appointment was today at 9:40 a.m. I arrived at 9:40 a.m. and was told I had missed my appointment because it was at 9:10 a.m. I believe your administration staff are not handling matters properly. I will never again go back to this place.

Grandma had a 7;15sm appt and waited in a room full of people coughing & sneezing for over 30min. It’s too early to be running this late. I’d hate to see how far behind they run as the day progresses.

Billing Department needs work. I paid a bill in full upon checking in to my next appointment, as they always require. When I went to another appointment 3 weeks later, they tried to make me pay that same amount again before getting checked in. A staff member said, "This happens all the time." That's not acceptable.

Went to a eye glass center to get a updated scrip for glasses. The optometrist there told me I had severe cataracts and should have surgery as soon as possible. (A year earlier a optometrist told me I had minor cataracts.) Or I could have a restriction placed on my drivers license. The next day a competitor of BDP eye center called me to schedule a consultation. I declined and made an appointment with BDP eye center. Upon completion of my eye exam, the optometrist at BDP eye center said, I have minor cataracts. I had plenty of time to choose when I want to get surgery. In other words, BDP eye centers are honest and trustworthy people!
