It was A pleasant experience taken care of in a timely matter very well taken care of
We had a good experience with nationwide vision. All the personnel were very attentive and took care of all the kids with care.
Erick is charming and so is Dr. Yeh. He’s very thorough and kind, too. They seem to like children with lots of Halloween memorabilia all over the store.
Spent $400+ on frames and lenses that did not fit, they are very wide. They had me come in twice to try to adjust them which still did not work, by this point I was past the 30 day refund/replacement policy and the office manager refused to help me beyond this point by saying "sorry, nothing we can do". I have a very expensive pair of glasses I cannot wear. I've contacted their corporate office and the BBB. What a terrible experience.
Very friendly personal. Took care of my 10 year old in a professional manner and were able to explain everything to her and I.
I have been to Nationwide vision at least half a dozen times, five of them were at East Guadalupe road in Tempe. I had so much fun the doctor was fabulous the staff was even more fabulous and funny! Turns out my vision has improved and I don't need corrective lenses anymore. So they hooked me up with some really great glasses that will help relieve my eye strain since I'm doing artwork full time. The tech brought me over to look at the frames I picked out the frame I wanted without even trying them on, she said they were perfect for my face. Then she explained the distance from the computer screen would be a better gage to use for me, reading distance is to close. All of this great service plus it also included my eye exam. No out of pocket cost to me. I just went yesterday so I can't add a photo they're making my glasses now. What a fantastic experience I can't wait to get my glasses. They're going to text me when they're ready.. What a great experience.
Nationwide got me right in when I was feeling some intense eye pain. Dr Lele & Dr Badush (spelling?) were amazing. Turns out I had a corneal ulcer and needed to start treatment ASAP. Both doctors took their time, ensuring they provided proper education and made me feel so much better about my situation. Thank you Nationwide.
Been going to nationwide since I was a teen and now I bring my children to nationwide for their glasses/contacts.
Just over a year and the frame on my sunglasses started pulling away from the lens. Took them back and they worked on them but couldn't fix the problem. Gave me a business card to go see a guy with better tools???? Because I didn't buy the warranty I was SOL??? I have purchased several glasses from them but will not be going back. To me a warranty is - we sell defective products, u need a warranty.
I had an appointment scheduled for today. I took time off of work and couldn't wait for my eye exam. It's been long overdue. I'm getting ready and I receive and phone call, 2 hours before my appointment and was told the doctor needed to reschedule. I was told the price for an eye exam was $170. I called Americas Best, not only did they fit me in same day, they helped me save $50 for the eye exam.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
