Fast and comprehensive care.
Not worth, have not good experience and special with their phone calls and appointments!
Front desk very professional and very respectful of the appointment time and Amanda also súper profesional and caring .
The clinic is very clean and modern and, of course, the staff and medical personnel are wonderful.
A.D. NG was great.
I highly recommend this Facility. They’re wonderful staff! They’re kind and professional. They really care about your concerns. They always try to find the best solutions. Thank you CA DERMATOLOGY INSTITUTE. 🙏❤️
Excellent dermatologist! I was afraid I had skin cancer on my face and they were able to take a sample and get an answer back from the lab. After I was luckily found cancer free they still offered me mole and skin tag removal. It has been fantastic! I highly recommend California Dermatology, especially if you go to the Miracle Mile location and see Amanda Ng.
⭐️ 1 STAR — Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over a month for my appointment at California Dermatology Institute, only to show up at the Beverly Hills location (where my appointment was scheduled) and find out from the valet attendant — not the office — that the practice had moved locations to Miracle Mile. No one notified me of this change in advance. I called the office and spoke with someone named Niki, who was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and unapologetic. I was told they had called “to notify me,” but they had apparently called a number that wasn’t mine — despite the fact that I had received appointment confirmation texts the month prior on my correct number. When I finally arrived at the new location — after wasting over an hour in traffic driving to two different places — the staff continued to be indifferent, offering no apology, no accountability, and no accommodation. The office manager’s response? “Well, we called a number to try to let you know.” A number that wasn’t mine. This place clearly has serious issues with communication, professionalism, and basic customer service. After being treated like this, I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone. I left frustrated, disgusted, and without being seen. Save your time and energy — go somewhere else.
Very unprofessional experience. The prescribed medication was never delivered properly, and when I followed up, the staff was rude and dismissive. The doctor seemed unknowledgeable and did not take the time to explain anything clearly. I expected better care and communication from a medical office. I won’t be returning.
Very good clinic! They have flexible schedule for patients, polite staff and good doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
