This place is terrible. Ridiculous trying to get ahold of anyone. You will be directed to a call center where someone out of the country will only speak with you. If you call after hours And select the option number two to leave a voicemail. It will just take you back through the menu again so you can never leave a voicemail. Don’t plan on ever being able to communicate with these people. As far as my appointment went, they were not very helpful either. Don’t bother or you’ll just be frustrated to no end with this place.

The staff is great and Dr Song is awesome. He accomplished something for me that Drs years before never did. I would definitely highly recommend California Dermatology Institute in Santa Ana CA

Got an appointment quickly and when I arrived there was no wait. Lupe and Emma were kind and extremely helpful. PA Jisoo Song listened attentively and did not rush me. Great experience all around.

Today was my first visit with my mom to this dermatologist I really enjoyed it everything was clean the wait wasn't horribly. Receptionists were very helpful kind and sweet. The doctor was super nice he paid attention to our concerns and answered all our questions. I would recommend it
