My sons first appointment. They were running behind but I was told several times by staff where the doctor was and when I would be next. The doctor was super nice.
Well, everybody at the front desk is amazing super friendly and nice but I waited over an hour to go in to the room then waited another 30 minutes there. when the doctor came in, I felt rushed. She was nice, but I felt really rushed.
WARNING⚠️ No DOCTOR on location only nurses. AMA limits number of USA doctors to keep prices high.
I had a good experience at the CSI. The staff was very frienly. The Dr was very respectful and answered all my questions.
The doctor was very helpful and kind. She helped my son and gave options on what treatment he wanted. The doctor was fluent in both English and Spanish.
Called and asked if could come in today as I have been itching badly for the past 4 days almost went to the emergency room Socorro answer and got me in right away blessings to her and the whole staff at the Gilroy location.
Fast and thorough
Wow, five stars! The The team here is so friendly, and truly made me feel taken care of. 10 out of 10 would recommend to My friends and family
First appointment - Quick, reassuring 'bedside manner', thorough, clear explanations, efficient rescheduling. One of my better experiences (among many!) in the medical/doctoral world.
I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes for a mole that hurts and itches all the time and nothing was done. Lee seemed annoyed and he’s not welcoming at all very unprofessional. 0 star rating!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
