Several months ago, I had a concern and made an appointment to see Kim. However, she was off so they booked me with Allison. When the morning of the appointment came, Allison was 15-20 minutes late to the appointment despite me being the only one in the waiting room (as I was one of the first few appointments of the day). She didn’t even bother apologizing for being late and barely addressed my concern as she rushed my appointment stating she needed to get to the next appointment because there was a 30 minute allocation per appointment. Wth, you were almost 20 minutes late to mine and you have the audacity to cut me off! Rude and unprofessional! I’d avoid Allison and wait for Kim, Dr. Ball, or go elsewhere.

About a year and a half ago, I had to cancel a microneedling appointment. I made several attempts to call, but no one answered. I eventually left a voicemail clearly stating that I needed to cancel. To my surprise, a full year later, I received a bill for a no-show fee—something that was never mentioned to me during multiple visits afterward. When I tried to resolve the issue, I encountered the same poor communication: the phone line repeatedly said, “We’re busy and will return your call within 72 hours.” I left voicemails on two different numbers but never received any response.
