Update; I responded to their promotional offers via text; and I purchased a treatment. I showed up for my appointment visit, and the chick Rudely*** told me it was for first time customers Only!! Hu ?? She didn't even say sorry, or any apologies. I traveled far for this app!! Why do you send out promotional texts to previous customer? You ppl are whacked out and pedestrian at Best! Good Luck ! And btw; your hair hair transplant is OBVIOUS!
MY PERSONAL FAVORITE AESTHETICIAN IS SONIA! HER TECHNIQUE IS FORMULATED & SCIENTIFICAL WITH ASTOUNDING RESULTS. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A YEAR WITH THE HI-FU LASER & AS A NON-MENOPAUSE CLIENT, THE RESULTS ARE EXTREME QUALITY. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN..
Devine is amazing loves her job. Excellent treatment service. This is my second treatment and I definitely recommend it. My face looks and feels amazing. I get so many compliments.
Sonya did a great Job on my facial . Supper nice treat and she explains everything step by step
Did a promotion from FB, was sold a package and went for micro needling, bad experience all around.
Amazing skin tightening facial with Rome! My Face feels amazing! Would return for another
It was great while it lasted, but they went out of business and I did not get all of what I paid for. Also, they changed ownership and substituted a cheaper procedure than what I paid for. Also, they did not let me know that my last appointment was cancelled. I had to ask someone nearby if there was an out-of-business sign on the door because their phone was disconnected. So it seemed like they opened lots of stores in town, did lots of specials and aggressive salesmanship, and then changed ownership and went out of business. The people working there were good, though, while it lasted.
Jowell did my fiscal today . she did very good job . My skin very smooth and like baby . I'm so happy she take car of my skin very perfect job.
Total scam and inexperienced, rude staff who don't know what they're talking about.
Don't go here! I had such a horrible experience with Lilly Med Spa, & Devine. I got lured in with a promo from FB for neck tightening, after the session I was seated with the manager Devine who wanted to sell me more expensive procedures & packages. Let me back track to the procedure I had done, it did absolutely Nothing! She sold me on a Co2 procedure, I am Latina with tan skin, I let her know I paddle board all summer, yet she still recommended this! Thankfully my besties Gf is an aesthetician, and she told me not to do it, because I'm too dark and I would definitely scar. So I wanted a refund, her manager Joel called me saying there is no refunds. Excuse me, Devine never mentioned that there would be no refunds nor did I sign anything to prove that! He talked me into switching to micro needling. So i did, and guess what it did absolutely nothing. My face wasn't even pink after the session, only my neck was slightly & I didn't even peel. There was gaps where the micro needles machine ended- which means not all of my skin was needled! A $500 a session, I expect someone who is trained properly to do every inch of my skin, not with breaks & gaps! I sent her a message, letting her know how disappointed I was in her service, a week goes by and I hear nothing from her or Joel. I have never felt so undervalued as a customer! These people are total scammers all they care about is money not the customers satisfaction. They recommend procedures that they shouldn't and they don't do procedures correctly! Pictures attached, face 15 min after micro needling, not even a light shade of pink & neck with clear white gaps, where she didn't needle all of my skin! Worst part I paid $500 for absolutely nothing!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
