I went to this location and have to say I did not get seen. I would suspect the care at this location is not sub-pare due to the fact the front desk/ office personnel(s) lack the nessesary skills to be polite(in private practice and to the public) and inviting to concentra clients and business associates. The need for educated, positive attitudes regarding costumer service and professionalism is needed here especially and at most* of the Concentra locations based in the denver metro area. This location in particular drops the ball. It also seems that we have problem with workload and the wearing of multiple hats for one job, the receptionist, did not even look up from her paperwork and was intentionally condescending and patronizing, as a healthcare professional myself, I was shocked at how under-qualified, under-supervised, unprofessional and disrespectful this group is. Concentra Urgent care 1730 Blake, Do better!
