I came to the office on Mills Ave and I was rescheduled because they said they outsource their calls to overseas so the scheduled me for a a doctor that doesn’t work on Friday. Then I come to my new appointment the following Tuesday at 8:40am and I waited for 5 hours! I do not recommend this place at all!

Took my my elder father to an appointment at the kissimmee location was a mess only one person at the desk A lady came to the front and had a nasty conversation with the front desk guy and miss treat another patient when she took my father to the back she got an attitude with me as well. I call her out and he got mad, by the time we finish with the appointment, CLAUDIA run outside and shout at me that I didn't know who I was messing with, that she have my number and my address, I immediately report her to Kristen Peek, who engage in an argument defending her even when Claudia admitted coming after me. This place is horrible and the employees are worse.

Absolute worst place ever. they treated my father like trash. the wait times are forever and the staff has the worst personality ever. I can't even believe this place is in business let alone a medical provide. STAY AWAY.

My name is Rebecca, and I brought my husband, Aníbal, to this ophthalmology office. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our appointment in Kissimmee was canceled because their internet was down. The receptionist assured me that she would call me back to reschedule, but that never happened. During that visit, several staff members were laughing among themselves, which made me feel uncomfortable. After waiting nearly two months without hearing from anyone, I called the office myself. I was then told that someone would contact me the following Monday to schedule the appointment, but again, no one called. As a result, we had to wait almost two more months before finally being seen. When we visited the Lake Nona office, most of the staff seemed unfriendly and had poor attitudes. The only person who was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional was the doctor who treated us. She was excellent, and we truly appreciated her care. Would I return to this office? Probably not. The level of customer service was far below what I expected, especially considering the location and reputation of the practice.

Hello, I had a great experience. The wait was not long and each staff member who worked with me was informative and friendly. I am hard of hearing and, when asked, they made sure I heard and understood them. My next visit is coming up and I usually dread medical appointments, but not this one.
